1. Who we are

The livada.ro website is operated by Livada Digital S.R.L., tax identification number (CUI) RO48731906, Trade Register number J40/18245/2023, with its registered office at Str. Polonă nr. 68, et. 2, Sector 1, București 010506, email contact@livada.ro, phone +40 31 630 2741.

2. Orders and the contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when Livada confirms the order by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of an obvious pricing or stock error, with a full refund of any amounts paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in lei (RON) and include VAT (21%). We accept payment by card (3‑D Secure), cash on delivery, bank transfer and interest-free instalments with partner cards. The VAT invoice is issued electronically on dispatch and, for companies, is submitted through the RO e-Factura national e-invoicing system.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Romania by courier, to lockers or via collection from our showroom, as described on the Delivery page. Risk passes to the buyer when the product is handed over.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract, as described on the Returns page and in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014 on consumer rights.

6. Warranty

7. Pre-orders

Products marked “Pre-order” are delivered in the order in which the orders were placed, after the launch date. You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before dispatch.

8. Dispute resolution

For complaints, you can write to us at contact@livada.ro. You can also contact ANPC, the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL) or the European online dispute resolution platform (SOL/ODR, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
